2026 Applications

The 2026 Llangollen Food Festival will be held on Saturday, 10 October and Sunday, 11 October.

If you’d like to join us as an exhibitor this year, please complete the application form available here.

Important Information

  • The standard exhibitor fee is £125 for one day or £200 for both days.
  • Electricity is not available at Market Street, Riverside Park and Centenary Square.
  • Limited electricity is available at Gales Wine Bar, Llangollen Railway Station and the Town Hall.
  • Security is not provided overnight at Market Street, Centenary Square or Gales Wine Bar. Exhibitors at these locations must dismantle and remove their stands on the evening of Saturday, 10 October.
  • Standard exhibitor space is approximately 3m x 3m. Additional space may be arranged for an extra fee.
